I love this place. Everytime I go everything is so nice and clean, and you instantly feel peaceful and relaxed walking in. Everyone is always so nice there. I won’t go to anyone other than Cimma because I’m very particular about my lady parts and Cimma takes special care and attention to what I want which makes the sugaring service less painful. She is so sweet and comforting and and it just makes the whole overall experience pleasant. I always feel like a new woman leaving there. Thank you Cimma for all that you do! Thank you Cocoon day spa for always making my experience there lovely 💜

Cocoon in Oakland is amazing! It's so clean, staff are friendly, and I love that they offer peanut butter dark chocolate while you wait for your service. I've been going here for a few years now and always book with Jessica. She's literally the best! She always does a 10/10 job, is so friendly, and was super patient when I was nervous during my first few waxing sessions. I book all my sessions with her and she never disappoints on the service quality. An added bonus is that she's also super funny so i'm too wrapped up in our convos to notice the time fly by. Highly recommend her!

I had been coming here since 2020 and haven’t gone anywhere else. Every single member of the team is so very sweet and kind. The services are always calming and meet my expectations! I mainly go for waxing and facial services, but the massages are also fantastic! 10/10 spa, and always recommend to my friends and family. They even have cute little shop inside!

Today I went to the Cocoon day spa in Rockridge and got the Bright Skin Facial. Morgan P. did my facial, she was so sweet and informative. I learned a lot about the products they offer and a lot about my skin. She took her time and she did a great job! I hadn't had a facial in years and she made sure I had very refreshing and relaxing experience! I will definitely be back! From check in, to check out all the staff was great and made this experience wonderful.
